Baron Investmentvertriebsgesellschaft mbH is obliged to comply with all applicable laws. In addition, we have an internal compliance policy to which the management and all employees are committed.
It stipulates that conduct must be conducted with integrity at all times. It regulates work processes and that consultations must be documented and how to deal with a complaint if necessary. The group of companies has a compliance officer who ensures compliance. This is to avoid any kind of conflict of interest. The compliance regulations ensure legally compliant behaviour and serve to protect consumers. In this way, the requirements of the new EU law are also met.
